Elevation Development is a private partnership of real estate professionals who specialize in Real Estate Acquisition and Development. Our rare blend of experience in hands-on real estate development and construction gives us the skills we need to see opportunities where others don’t. We currently have ongoing projects which include Commercial / Mixed Use Projects, Single Family, Town Homes, and Multifamily.

With a goal of creating a balanced portfolio of assets, in terms of both asset class and geographical spread, Elevation Development focuses on four areas of development. Our core asset types include:

 

Residential: To help with a state’s growing population, and with established relationships with national and regional builders, we develop and sell finished lots that consist of single family and townhomes. Many of our developed communities with a focus on creating communities that consist of large open areas, lifestyle amenities, great school districts, ease of access to main roads and highways, and proximity to grocery, shopping, entertainment and work destinations, among others. Our communities would range from as low as 150 lots to more than 800 lots.

 

Commercial: Our commercial development strategy targets areas with growing goods and services needs, while increasing employment opportunities. Our commercial developments consist of both single tenant and multi-tenant buildings, including shopping centers. Our general focus is to secure national tenants, but we also consider adding local tenants that will contribute to growing the community. We have a track record of working with several well know companies and brands, including retailers AutoZone and CVS, grocer Publix, gas and convenience stores 7-Eleven and WaWa, and food and beverage outlets Arby’s, Popeye’s, Little Caesars, and Wingstop, among others.

 

Multifamily: To help assist with the growing renter demand, we seek sites that are optimal for multifamily development. As a co-developer on multifamily projects, we have acquired several properties and currently have over 1,100 luxury multifamily units under construction. Our communities typically offer exclusive amenities, which could include a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, pool, multiple ponds and walking trails, dog parks, and tennis courts, among others. We select sites that have ease of access to areas of interest, including education, shopping, entertainment and medical.

 

Build-For-Rent (BFR): A growing number of renters desire or need a product outside of what a typical apartment or condo unit offers. We started to explore the BFR concept and have successfully secured several sites where the plan is to launch BFR communities. The projects will consist of either townhome or single-family rental, or both. We have an experienced development team who will undertake not only site development, but also vertical construction. Upon completion, the projects will be turned over to a management company for ongoing rental and management.
