    Rendering and concept plan of planned first build-to-rent community project on 32 acres, a mile from the new Wekiva Parkway in Mount Dora. The units will be market rate, 1,300-1,500 square feet, all townhomes, with amenities including a clubhouse, pool, walking trails, tot lots and a dog park.

    Completed (Residential) in 2019 DeLand, Florida ‐ 70‐acre Mixed‐Use Development with quality street frontage on busy W Plymouth Ave as well as N Orange Ave and N Adelle. Proposed Mixed‐Use entails 280 Single Family homes and 40,000 SF of Medical. Within Medical Overlay near Florida Hospital Deland. In close proximity to Stetson University and downtown Deland. Residential portion was sold at final engineering. Proposed 40,000 Medical is under entitlement process.

  • Infield Apartments - Kissimmee, FL

    A proposed 648‐unit Multi‐Family Development. This site is located within minutes of The Loop Mall and Crosslands Shopping Center, in proximity to the established neighborhood of Hunter’s Creek. Construction on Phase I, 384 Units started in December 2021. Phase II is projected to Start January of 2023.

    320-unit community featuring 1-, 2- and 3-Bedroom luxury apartments. Situated on 34 acres, the site is surrounded by an undisturbed nature preserve. Community amenities include Clubhouse with pool and pool house with Summer Kitchen, Ponds, Boardwalks, Sports Field, Playground, Yoga Lawn, Hammock Garden, and Dog Park. A select number of single-car garages are available. This project is part of our Elevation Pointe Mixed-Use Development.
