Completed (Residential) in 2019 DeLand, Florida ‐ 70‐acre Mixed‐Use Development with quality street frontage on busy W Plymouth Ave as well as N Orange Ave and N Adelle. Proposed Mixed‐Use entails 280 Single Family homes and 40,000 SF of Medical. Within Medical Overlay near Florida Hospital Deland. In close proximity to Stetson University and downtown Deland. Residential portion was sold at ﬁnal engineering. Proposed 40,000 Medical is under entitlement process.

Construction on Phase I, 384 Units started in December 2021. Phase II is projected to Start January of 2023.
